Our Return Policy:Sometimes, things just aren't what you expected. In that case you need to return an item. The following is our return policy. Please call or e-mail the shop first, to discuss the return, and to receive an authorization. Please return a copy of the sales slip that arrived with the order. This will make it easier to get the credit for the returned item. Any obviously defective items will be credited for their purchase price or replaced if available. We give NO CASH REFUNDS, only store credit. There are no returns or exchanges on printed material, canvases, fabric, copyrighted material, opened/used items, sale items or special order items. Most other items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days, but it is always a good idea to check with us to be sure. Any items must be in saleable condition and discontinued items may not be returned. If Stitcher's Treasures made an error with your order, we will reimburse your return shipping via UPS ground, or the US mail. Please make sure it can arrive to us safely! If you are choosing to return an item because you've changed your mind, shipping will be at your expense. Returned items, for any reason other than our mistake, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please open your order immediately upon receipt, and check it over. Remember, any claim must be made within 30 days of shipping. All prices are subject to change without notice. Mailing and Shipping:Most orders are sent via United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. Tracking and Insurance are included on orders over $50. Minimum Mailing Charge is $2.00
Rates outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii vary, per USPS published rates. Per US Postal Regulations and Federal Laws, we mark customs labels with actual US dollar value paid for contents unless the package is indeed a gift sent to a separate shipping address. Your package can be confiscated if it doesn't meet postal and customs standards, so we work very hard to abide by all postal rules and regulations. We ship international packages via the US Postal Service. We can ship orders "Global Priority" but this can be very costly for you. Usually regular "Air-Mail" is our best, and most economical option. |
